Asset Management

With exponential growth in the fleet size of wind turbine in the next one year, AIMSL is developing best in industry, asset management software to monitor and analyze the turbine performance. Presently, with the help of analytical software, we are making analysis for CUF Bridge, Power Curve, Wind rose, MTTR and MTBF. AIMSL has control over the performance of its wind turbines and at regular intervals, it ensures that all O&M contractors execute predictive maintenance on the turbines.

Operations Management

AIMSL is working on its Adani – Energy Network Operation Centre (Adani-ENOC), a state-of-the-art facility to monitor all the wind turbines 24*7 from the headquarters. This will bring greater transparency and supervision. In future, it will also generate smart reports, SAP notification for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and executive details, which will facilitate in taking important decisions. With this advance technology, AIMSL will have greater control of its windfarms and increased performance of the turbines. This Adani-ENOC facility is also going to be one of its kind in India where an O&M service provider is simultaneously monitoring and analyzing wind and solar energy on a single platform.

Maintenance

Scheduled preventive maintenance is of utmost importance to increase the life of the wind turbines. AIMSL is committed to execute the preventive maintenance of the turbines and adhere to strict guidelines of O&M protocol. It engages with the sub-contractors to ensure timely preventive maintenance and binds them with stringent O&M contract clauses. AIMSL has also taken steps to control the quality of the preventive maintenance by enforcing third party quality inspectors.
